Risk and dependency analysis
We structure risks, dependencies and possible scenarios so decisions can rest on evidence rather than intuition alone.
GreenE2 helps translate complex public problems into practical solutions. We combine risk analysis, data, law, impact assessment and stakeholder engagement.
GreenE² is an independent foundation developing practical solutions to complex public problems. We combine risk analysis, economic and environmental security, resilience, data, law and stakeholder engagement.
The story of GreenE² began at Lake Mucharskie: the Foundation’s deed of establishment was signed in Wadowice on 13 September 2022, in response to the course of the consultation process concerning regulation of the lake.
We work where a problem requires economic security, the environment, law, social interests and institutional resilience to be considered together.
We structure risks, dependencies and possible scenarios so decisions can rest on evidence rather than intuition alone.
We develop feasible regulatory and organisational options, together with an assessment of impacts on different stakeholder groups.
We support the path from diagnosis to durable institutional change and document lessons for reuse.
A case study in managing conflict around a shared resource. The project concerns rules for motorised water traffic and reconciling the needs of different lake users with safety, environmental protection and local development.
Project update: GreenE2 stresses that the aim is to organise rules and introduce zoning, not to completely exclude motorised water sports.
