Experience behind GreenE²

The Foundation develops methods combining strategic analysis, risk management, economic security, resilience and public-policy design. Depending on the project, we also draw on the knowledge of sector experts, researchers and local partners.

President and Founder

Michał Spiechowicz

Expert and advisor specialising in economic security, resilience, risk management and sustainable development policies. He combines strategic analysis with experience in economic diplomacy, strategic communication and institutional relations. At GreenE², he is responsible for the Foundation’s strategy, substantive direction, the development of analytical methods and projects, as well as training and expert programmes. His approach focuses on translating complex challenges into decision options that can be realistically implemented, communicated and evaluated.

GreenE² draws on experience in addressing strategic risks, economic dependencies and system resilience to tackle challenges where the public interest, the economy, the environment, security and local communities intersect.

The story of GreenE² began at Lake Mucharskie: the Foundation’s deed of establishment was signed in Wadowice on 13 September 2022, in response to the course of the consultation process concerning regulation of the lake.
